After starting 10 of the first 11 games of the season, Harkless moved to the bench Friday against the Thunder, seeing just eight minutes of action behind new starter Chimezie Metu. Harkless was a DNP-CD in Monday's blowout win over Detroit, and that was again the case Wednesday. For the time being, he appears to be out of the rotation while the Kings get an extended look at Metu, who is expected to start two more games before being "reassessed," per coach Luke Walton.
