EDGE Analysis

Perkins was available off the bench Friday against the Wizards and didn't play, and though he was able to get back on the floor Saturday following a month-and-a-half-long absence, it doesn't appear the center will be able to carve out much of a role. Both of the other centers on the Pelicans' roster, Alexis Ajinca (26 minutes) and Omer Asik (13 minutes) both well outpaced Perkins for playing time.
