Pelicans waive G/F Josh Childress. He is best known for having one of the worst contracts in the past decade when the Suns signed him to a five-year, $33 million deal back in 2010. Childress had a grand total of 24 minutes with the Pelicans this year and is unlikely to be picked up unless a team gets a bad case of injuries.
