Patterson will rejoin the Hawks on Friday in advance of Game 3 against the Celtics, Chris Vivlamore of the Journal-Constitution reports.

Both Patterson and Edy Tavares continue to shuttle between the Hawks and the Austin Spurs as the Spurs compete in the D-League playoffs. Patterson and Tavares are expected to be available for Game 3 in Boston, but it's unlikely either sees the court for more than a couple minutes.
