Okoro underwent an MRI on Monday that revealed a left elbow sprain, and he's expected to miss 2-3 weeks.

Okoro was removed from Sunday's loss to the Pacers in the first half due to his elbow injury, and he'll now begin a period of treatment and rehabilitation.
