Conley will not play Friday at Toronto for injury management purposes, Andy Larsen of the Salt Lake Tribune reports.

The Jazz released an extensive injury report that includes essentially their top nine players, so it looks like Friday's game -- which falls on the front end of a back-to-back -- will be used as a rest day for several veterans. All indications are that Conley will return to action Saturday against the Pacers.
