Nuggets coach Brian Shaw is unhappy with his team's effort and execution, which may prompt him to shuffle his rotation. It doesn't sound as though any starting jobs are at risk but we'll keep an eye on the Nuggets when they return to action on Thursday. "As we go along I might have to look at changes ... in terms of getting guys in and out who are paying more attention to detail on the defensive end in particular," Shaw said. "Because right now that's what hurting our team the most."
