Lowry is not a lock to start at point guard for the Heat on Opening Night, Ira Winderman of the Sun-Sentinel reports.

Head coach Erik Spoelstra was noncommittal when asked about Lowry potentially starting, but the veteran guard said he expects to open the season as the starter. There's been some chatter about Tyler Herro possibly getting the job, so this will definitely be something to monitor during training camp.
