Morris signed with the Nets on Thursday, Alex Raskin of the Wall Street Journal reports. The team parted ways with Jorge Gutierrez on Thursday, sending him to the 76ers in a trade that brought Brandon Davies to Brooklyn. Andrei Kirilenko was also involved in that deal, and it appears Morris has been tabbed as the player to take Kirilenko's spot on the roster. Morris, a former standout at Michigan, was waived by the Blazers at the end of training camp and is unlikely to hold any significant fantasy value.
