Morris posted three points (1-13 FG, 1-4 FT) and five rebounds over 35 minutes in Friday's 87-75 loss to the Raptors.
EDGE Analysis
In what was the Pistons' worst scoring total this season, Morris also had his third-worst scoring game as well, shooting an abysmal 7.7 percent from the floor over 13 attempts. The Pistons have dropped their last three games and appear to be on a sinking ship with each ensuing game. This isn't to imply that all Pistons should be avoided, but using players like Morris might become a bit more matchup-dependent as we reach the end of the season. There isn't a consistent contributor on the team recently save Andre Drummond, and overall Morris has been decent as well, but he's had a terrible four-game skid, averaging 7.8 points (roughly half his usual average) and 4.5 rebounds over that span. The Pistons have a neutral matchup against the Suns on Sunday, and Morris owners should monitor this game to look for signs of a continuing slump.
