Mike Scott will start against the Bobcats on Monday. Paul Millsap (rest) isn't going to play which opens up a ton of playing time for Scott. The Hawks have used him next to Millsap on numerous occasions, so he should be a focal point for their offense. In fact, when Millsap has been off the floor in the past month, Scott has a usage rate of 30.7 percent. He's a nice plug-and-play tonight.
