Utah Jazz guard Mike Conley (knee) is out against the Pistons on Wednesday. The 35-year-old strained the Popliteus muscle in his left knee, an injury he picked up during Saturday's meeting in Portland. As a result, Collin Sexton, who had 10 points in 28 minutes against the Trail Blazers, may remain in the starting lineup and could conceivably play much better this time around.
