Mike Conley organized a mini-camp for he and some of his Memphis teammates earlier this week. In addition to Conley, Rudy Gay, Tony Allen, O.J. Mayo, Zach Randolph, Xavier Henry, Sam Young and Josh Selby were all in attendance. Conley has his sights set on becoming a leader for a young Memphis team. "It's my job as the point guard. I want to be one of the leaders on the team. And guys did a great job of keeping their word and coming in on time ready to work." It's nice to see Conley becoming more vocal and stepping up for the Grizzlies, ad we think that confidence should be able translate to another solid season from the improving point guard. He averaged 13.7 points and 6.5 assists last season to go along with 1.8 steals, and he could be a solid source of production once again for fantasy owners.
