Mike Conley (bruised thigh) felt "better than expected" on Monday, but he did not practice and his status for games on Tuesday and Wednesday is uncertain. Both Conley and coach Dave Joerger suggested that he could sit out during the Grizzlies' back-to-back games, to avoid aggravating the injury. The good news is that Conley intends to play vs. the Lakers "if he can run," so owners will have to await updates on Tuesday.
