Mickell Gladness is "hopeful" that he can earn a training camp invite from the Heat. Gladness began the 2011-12 season with Miami, but he finished with the Warriors before returning to the Heat for summer league. Gladness may earn an invite because of the mutual familiarity between himself and the team, but he's got a long way to go before we can say he's got a legitimate shot of being a part of the final roster.
