Mickael Gelabale still wants to play in the NBA and he will not return to Valencia in Spain. He's apparently sitting on an offer to play in Euroleague, but is going to exhaust his resources to stay in the NBA. Gelabale was waived on July 7 and there's little reason to believe he'll be picked up with multiple wings still on the market.
