McRoberts (knee) has been ruled out of Friday's matchup with the Suns, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

McRoberts is dealing with a bone bruise and has remain sidelined since Dec. 9. He'll sit out again Friday and remains without a concrete timetable, as the Heat will continue to update his status on a game-to-game basis. Considering he's been ruled out a day in advance, it doesn't seem he's all that close to making a return, although, his next opportunity to take the court will be Saturday's tilt with the Jazz.
