McGary (concussion) has been cleared for the season opener against San Antonio, Anthony Slater of The Oklahoman reports.

McGary collided with Matt Barnes of the Grizzlies more than a week ago, and he was held out of the Thunder's final two preseason contests. After going through light, on-court drills over the weekend, McGary met with team doctors Monday and has been given the green light to play Wednesday.
