McDaniels is active for Saturday's game against the Raptors but coach Kevin McHale is not expected to use his efforts since he has yet to practice with the team.Unless the Rockets find themselves in a dire situation, McDaniels is in line to stay on the bench until he's had some practice time to get acclimated to his new teammates and coaches. His next opportunity to make his Rockets debut will be against the Timberwolves on Monday.
