Lowry tallied 19 points (7-16 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds, six assists, two steals and one block across 36 minutes in Friday's 113-111 win over the Hornets.
EDGE Analysis
After averaging a career-high 21.2 points per game last season, Lowry has topped 20 points just once in the Raptors' eight games, but with backcourt mate DeMar DeRozan leading the league in scoring, Toronto hasn't suffered from the point guard's declining point totals. On a positive note, DeRozan's hike in scoring seems to be benefiting Lowry as a distributor, as he's averaging 6.9 assists per game, a slight increase from what he posted in 2015-16.
