Lowry got himself ready for the postseason on Wednesday, scoring 26 points (8-15 FG, 6-9 3Pt, 4-4 FT) with seven assists, four rebounds and three steals in 37 minutes in a win over the Hornets. He hadn't seemed quite like himself in his previous three games since returning to the lineup from back issues, but in the regular season finale Lowry finally looked like the player the Raptors will need him to be if they want to make any noise in the postseason.
