The Trail Blazers waived Iwundu on Friday, Sean Highkin of BleacherReport.com reports.

Iwundu did not make an appearance in either of Portland's preseason games. The 26-year-old forward played three games for the Hawks last season, averaging 7.3 points and 4.3 rebounds in 27.3 minutes. He's now free to search for work elsewhere.
