Kyle Lowry suffered a hyperextended right elbow on Wednesday, leaving him questionable for Thursday's game against the Suns. Lowry is still said to be in a lot of pain and given how he reacted to it while leaving Wednesday's game, it would be a bit surprising to see him play tomorrow. If he's out, Goran Dragic will be a solid starting option, but make sure Lowry's not well enough to play before rolling with Dragic. If you grabbed Dragic when news of the injury broke, hang onto him until we get more information on Thursday, although it does appear that Lowry avoided a major problem.
