Kyle Lowry is mulling contract offers from the Rockets and Raptors, according to Yahoo! Sports, and he hasn't yet committed to meeting with other teams. The Heat are telling free agents that they have $12 million available, which could make them a real option for Lowry, but Miami's star players haven't been recruiting K-Low and the Heat are also interested in Luol Deng. The Rockets' offer for Lowry may rely on a sign-and-trade which the Raptors wouldn't assent to since they want to keep him, so at the moment Toronto seems to be in the pole position.
