Kyle Lowry is being treated by Raptors' trainers on the sidelines but he is available to return to Sunday's game. Lowry isn't anywhere near 100 percent healthy, and with Toronto leading by double-digit points in the second quarter the Raptors are seizing the opportunity to get their starting PG some rest. He should be on the court to start the third quarter, but the score will determine how much he plays in the second half.
