Kyle Lowry (bruised right foot) is expected to practice on Monday, and he hopes to play Tuesday in Charlotte. The Rockets play four games this week, which makes Lowry a fairly safe start even if he rests one more game. He's playing at a truly elite level this year, behind only LeBron James and Kevin Love in per-game fantasy value (eight-cat).
