Knicks assigned PG Jeremy Lin to the Erie BayHawks of the D-League. It's another sign that Baron Davis (back) is ramping up his activity and Mike Bibby is feeling healthy. Lin appeared in five games for the Knicks so far this season as the fourth point guard.
