Keyon Dooling has officially signed with the Celtics. The Celtics also get a protected second-round pick in 2012, while sending Milwaukee the rights to Albert Miralles (simply a place-holder in the deal). Dooling slots into the backup PG role and is another short-term, cheap addition to the Celtics' bench.
