Kevin Seraphin said he was "kind of nervous" in his preseason debut, which he finished with 13 points and seven rebounds. "It's been a long time (since) I played," said Seraphin. "In the beginning I had to catch up. In the second half, it was better ... I was more comfortable. It was the speed. Everybody was excited. Everybody was playing fast." Emeka Okafor is out indefinitely with a herniated disk, and Nene is still dealing with a sore ankle and knee, so injuries may help Seraphin earn a fantasy-worthy role even if he's coming off the bench.
