Keith Bogans (sprained right thumb) is out indefinitely. Tests confirmed the diagnosis and the veteran will take a seat for a while, ceding a few extra minutes to guys like Jordan Crawford, MarShon Brooks and Gerald Wallace. Bogans has no fantasy value even at fully strength.
