Josh McRoberts will be an unrestricted free agent this summer after declining his $2.8 million player option for 2014-15. This was a logical decision for McRoberts, who should be able to land a significantly higher annual salary on a multi-year contract. Although he only averaged 8.5 points last season, he stretched the court with solid 3-point shooting and dished out 4.3 assists with only 1.1 turnovers per game, giving him the league's second best assist-to-turnover ratio behind only Chris Paul. McRoberts is currently recovering from toe surgery he had in late April, but he should be 100 percent recovered for training camp.
