Josh Howard's representatives have had conversations with the Bulls, Wizards, Celtics, Nets, Nuggets, Hornets, Spurs and Hawks. Pick a team that could use some veteran help at SG/SF, and it's likely they'll have a 'conversation' with Howard's reps at some point. It's still anyone's guess where he'll end up, but he'll have to prove his health before fantasy owners can expect reliable value.
