Josh Howard, who has been out since Mar. 21 after undergoing surgery on his left knee, will travel with the team when they start a three-game road trip on Wednesday. Howard has said all along that he hopes to return during the regular season, and this is a step in the right direction. Still, the chances of him returning and providing significant value this season are low, and he shouldn't be owned in fantasy leagues.
