Josh Howard said prior to Tuesday's game that he expects to be active against the Suns. Raja Bell could also be active, but is still in street clothes and hasn't warmed up. This could be Howard's first appearance since March 17 and he's coming off knee surgery, so we're not expecting much from him tonight.
