Josh Howard (quad) returned to practice Monday. Barring a setback, Howard is expected to return for Wednesday's game against the Raptors. He has missed four straight games and the Jazz have gone 3-1 without him. That includes wins over the Nuggets and Clippers. The oft-injured Howard has a ways to go to secure more than the 23.0 minutes per game he was playing before getting injury.
