Josh Howard (knee) will "likely" undergo surgery on Wednesday after receiving a second opinion. Howard thinks he could start riding a stationary bike about a week after surgery, and could have a chance at returning before the end of the regular season. He's "definitely" shooting to be back by the playoffs if the Jazz make it, but fantasy owners can drop him with a cloud of uncertainty hanging overhead.
