Josh Howard has received a contract offer from the Spurs. San Antonio joins Utah as the two teams to make official offers on Howard, although the Wizards remain in play for the veteran small forward. Depending on where he lands, Howard could prove to have a larger role than expected assuming he's capable of remaining healthy.
