Josh Harrellson has a slight tear in his left meniscus and will go through a rehab session. He's missed the last two games with knee soreness and the Pistons have pinpointed the problem. He will likely miss an extended period of time, so the Pistons might look to change around their rotation a bit to compensate. The team shouldn't have too much of a problem replacing Harrellson's 9.9 minutes per game.
