Graham has a deal in place to join the Pelicans, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
EDGE Analysis
The sharp-shooting point guard, who lost the starting role last season to LaMelo Ball, will head to New Orleans in a sign-and-trade deal that nets him a four-year, $47 million contract. Graham averaged 14.8 points, 5.4 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game last season for the Hornets, though those numbers represented a step in the wrong direction compared to his breakout 2019-20 season. With Lonzo Ball headed to Chicago, Graham will compete with Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Tomas Satoransky and Kira Lewis for a starting backcourt spot.
