Bembry agreed Friday to a one-year contract with the Nets, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bembry spent last season with the Raptors, where he started 12 of his 51 appearances and averaged 5.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.0 steals in 19.1 minutes. However, most of those starts were due to injury fill-ins, and Bembry wasn't always a part of the rotation when everyone was healthy. In joining the Nets, it's possible Bembry isn't an everyday player. A best-case scenario would be similar to his 2020-21 campaign. However, that's unlikely, and he probably won't be relevant in fantasy.
