Joe Alexander has signed in China with Liaoning. Remember Alexander? He was picked eighth overall by the Bucks in 2008, ahead of Brook Lopez, Roy Hibbert, JaVale McGee, Serge Ibaka, Ryan Anderson and Nicolas Batum, among others. Needless to say, that pick didn't exactly work out.
