Jeremy Pargo will remain the starting point guard while Kyrie Irving (finger) is out, ahead of Donald Sloan. Sloan has scored double-digit points in two of his last three games, but he hasn't eclipsed 24 minutes in any of those. Meanwhile, Pargo has played at least 28.5 minutes over those same three games, and has eight assists in two of those. Sloan isn't a threat to overtaking Pargo as the starter, but owners need to keep in mind that with every passing day, Irving is closer to a return. Pargo is averaging 14.4 points, 4.7 assists, a steal and 1.6 treys as a starter.
