Jeremy Pargo is weighing competing offers from CSKA Moscow ($2.2 million) and Maccabi Tel Aviv ($1.3 million). Pargo played for Tel Aviv in 2010-11, averaging 13.0 points per game before making the jump to the NBA. He appeared in only 14 games for Philly last season, however, and it seems that he's ready to return overseas.
