Jeremy Lin played a season-low 18 minutes on Saturday, and said after the game that he was "disappointed in [his] effort." Lin made 2-of-3 shots from downtown, while chipping in three assists, two steals and one turnover, but he was outplayed by reserve PG Toney Douglas, who finished with 13 points in 35 minutes. After the game Lin acknowledged his defensive shortcomings, one reason he's now averaging 21.3 minutes in his last three games. The vultures are gathering, but his owners should strive to remain patient.
