Jeremy Lin led the Knicks to their fifth consecutive victory on Saturday, dropping 20 points, six rebounds, eight assists and three steals in his matchup against Rookie of the Year candidate Ricky Rubio.
Lin coughed up six more turnovers and didn't shoot well (8-of-24 FGs, 4-of-7 FTs), but he kept his head up and turned in yet another outstanding performance. Need another reason to lavish praise on Lin? Coming into this game he had scored 89 points in his first three NBA starts, the highest such total by an NBA player since John Drew scored 97 for Atlanta in 1974.
