Jeremy Lin hit 5-of-10 shots and three 3-pointers on his way to 13 points, five assists and two steals in 23 minutes of Friday's win over the Magic. This is a nice way for Lin to enter the regular season after struggling most of the preseason with his surgically repaired knee. The other good news is that back up point guards Scott Machado and Toney Douglas each played just 12 minutes. As long as Lin is healthy he's going to rack up serious minutes for the Rockets, and tonight's performance should make it easier to take him as a No. 1 point guard on draft night.
