Jason Maxiell will miss the rest of the season due to a detached retina. It's a disappointing end to Maxiell's season, in which he averaged 6.9 points and 5.7 rebounds in 25 minutes per game. His absence makes Andre Drummond and Greg Monroe even more secure options down the stretch, and Jonas Jerebko figures to pick up extra minutes in a reserve role.
