Jarrett Jack is expected to stay in Cleveland past the 3pm ET deadline. Per CBS' Ken Berger, the best chance the Cavs had to move Jack was to Sacramento for Jason Thompson. But they "balked" at taking back salary, and also passed on a possible deal for J.J. Barea because Barea has two years left on his contract. Jack will continue to play his steady veteran's role at both the point and off-guard spots. He'll be on the low-upside plug-n-play radar if Dion Waiter and C.J. Miles miss time with their injuries.
