Despite not being listed on the training camp roster, Cooke was signed back on a non-guaranteed pact. The 25-year-old is expected to suit up for the Thunder's G League affiliate -- the Oklahoma City Blue -- after averaging 16.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.1 steals per game with the Iowa Wolves last season.
