In addition to the Toronto Raptors, unrestricted free agent Kyle Lowry is drawing interest from the Rockets, Lakers, and Heat. Coming off a season in which he averaged 17.9 points, 2.4 three-pointers, 4.7 rebounds, and 7.4 assists, it seems as if Lowry's value is being brought into the "elite" free agency category. The Raptors have pledged to go full-force after Lowry this season, but he could be getting priced out of what they'd like to pay and he could end up being a solid backup option to teams that aren't able to land LeBron James or Carmelo Anthony in free agency.
